About 20 days ago my sleep pattern details have stopped updating when I sync my charge3 to my IPhone. The icon shows a purple pattern with a superimposed heart. The Fitbit device is obviously working okay as the details are viewable when I log into my account.

Let me help you with your missing sleep data. I am not sure if I understand this issue correctly. You say that you can't see your sleep patterns on your iPhone but you do see them when you log into your account? Do you refer to the online Dashboard that you see when you use a web browser? Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account? The more information I have the better I will be able to assist you.
