Charge 3 sleep, heart rate, etc. issues

I've had my Charge 3 for 2 weeks, now. It refuses to track my sleep. Rarely will it track my heart rate. It has to be synced several times to get it to actually sync with my Samsung S8. In addition to this, the calories burned are majorly under what I was recording with my previous Charge HRs and Charge 2s, but this may be down to it not reading my heart rate correctly.

I have read all these posts and followed tips on what to do to no avail; checking settings, re-starting etc. Green lights are flashing. Wondering if I have a lemon? Please help!

Thanks for troubleshooting the issues you have been experiencing with your Charge 3. Since the steps you tried didn't work, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our support team, for them to take a deeper look at this. Please keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions.

In the meantime, let me know if you need anything else. 🙂

I think its just that the charge 3 is rubbish, mine requires constant reboots to get the heart rate working, if thats not working, it wont track your sleep or exercise properly, the GPS tracking is beyond a joke, massively out of distance and pace. The charge 3 is nothing more than a overpriced pedometer.

I had a Charge 3 working fine on my previous I Phone. When I then switched to my I Phone 11, I can no longer access the Sleep, heart rate etc.. features and when I went to the Discover section it won't let me add those features without charging me 79.99$ a year, that's crazy! I just want the same features working on my new phone as I had on my old phone.Really annoying!
