Charge 3 sleep information inaccurate

Past week the Charge 3 has started to count sleep when I am laying in bed.  It's never done this before. I move around, pick up my phone, etc ... And its telling me I'm sleeping. I really hope you guys made the 4 better than the 3. I've had nothing but trouble with the accuracy of this device on steps, heart rate, and now sleep. My original Fitbit and charge 2 were much better products.

When your body is completely at rest and you haven’t moved for about an hour, your Fitbit device records that you’re asleep. For more information about this, check the article: How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?.
