Hello I had the following problem where the steps and sleep completely disappeared. It wouldn’t sync and hadn’t done since Wednesday. I reboot the Fitbit holding the side and uninstall the app to no avail. What’s worked for me was disconnect the Bluetooth to the Fitbit ( ready to pair up again) and disconnect the app. I then reinstalled the app and reconnected the Fitbit to the Bluetooth. ( set it up as a new device). All my tiles have come back with sleep and heart rate. Hope this helps you or someone else .

Thank you for sharing your experience. A key factor is that if your app isn't showing your steps then most likely you removed the tracker from your account and setting it up just like you did will fix this situation. I am sure other members will appreciate the information too.
