Charge 3 sleep tile doesn't show on account

The sleep tracking has completely disappeared off my Sony Xperia phone and my iPad. With the phone I have tried turning it off and on as well as the charge 3, several times. I deleted the app and reinstalled but now Bluetooth is not finding the charge 3. On my phone in the App Store I discovered dozens of reviews all done in the last couple of months complaining about the fitbits not syncing which I have also had heaps of problems with in the past and other people saying the sleep tracker has disappeared. I bought the Fitbit specifically for tracking my sleep so it is definitely not fit for the purpose I bought it for!

Sorry to hear that your sleep tiles aren't showing on your Fitbit app and that your tracker isn't syncing. Follow these instructions to re-add the tile on your Fitbit app. If this isn't the issue then could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account? Regarding the syncing issues you can try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
