Charge 3 sleep tracking no longer works

Recently updated my Galaxy 5. Sleep tracking stopped working right after. I go to Discover Sleep and it won't OPEN.

Hello @jhs0528. Welcome to the community forum! 

 

Thank you for the information and for the steps you've followed prior to posting. This is very odd but I would recommend checking if the Charge 3 still appears as paired to your Fitbit account. If this is not the case, then I believe this is the reason why you're not able to see your Sleep data.

 

So if your Charge 3 was removed, please follow these steps to add it back to your account: 

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture. 
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

For more information about how to setup your Charge, click here. If your Sleep tile still doesn't appear, it could be hidden and you only need to follow the steps in this help article, to add it back.
