Charge 3 started doubling my stats

About a week ago my 6 week old Charge 3 started doubling my stats. When I sync with my laptop it corrects itself but sometimes it does this 3 or 4 times a day.  I have been wearing a Fitbit for 7 years now and I know when it not correct but this problem is getting a little old.

I would like to know if you have tried to restart your Charge 3? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and test it.

Not the first time….but I did it a second time and so far it’s OK. I waited to make sure because it wasn’t doing it every day, just some days. I will definitely let you know if it starts again!! Thanks for the help!

May Charge 3 is doubling my points again.  Am I the only one with this problem??  It exactly doubles all my stats.  When I reboot it corrects itself but it never lasts for long!!  HELP!!!!!

My Charge 3 is doubling all my stats again.  The only way I can fix it is to sync.  Some days it happens several times.  And yes, I have restarted it many times.  Doesn't help!!  Has there been an update on the Charge 3???  Any new answers?

OK It's still doing this at least once or twice a week or sometimes 3 or 4 times a day.  I am really frustrated now.  Please reply ASAP !!!!
