Charge 3 stats stopped showing in the app

Have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, rebooting, restarting my phone & charge 3 and nothing seems to be syncing from my device to the app. is this due to the latest app update? Possible that linking a new child device is the cause? Any help appreciated!
