I’d be very grateful if someone could answer the following ..

 

1) my steps goal is 10,000. Whilst I’m out walking I will get the disco/fireworks display when I have reached my goal, but then it will repeat the celebration sporadically even when I’m up to 12k etc. Why is this?

 

2) my peak heart rate zone is usually 160+. I walked today and it said I was in peak but I was in 105, which usually displays as fat burn. Is this an error?
