I have a Charge 3 and suddenly yesterday my steps and sleep log disappeared. I know my steps are being counted on my Fitbit itself but the log is completely gone on the app. Everything I read online tells me to tap edit and search for the steps and sleep tiles but they aren’t even there.
It only has the other tiles that are already there. Steps and sleep aren’t an option. I already shut my phone down, logged out, rebooted the device, deleted the app, and repeated all the steps to logging back in. It’s still not available after tapping edit.

Thanks for troubleshooting this sleep and steps issue. I would like to know if you have checked if your tracker is paired? If you haven't setup your device, I recommend following the steps in the article: How do I set up my Fitbit device?.
After this, check if your tiles and information are there.
