I have recently been gifted a Charge 3, but the last owners (family member) messages are still on the Fitbit? I have synced my phone but I’m confused if they will go away or I will still receive them? Any ideas?

To factory reset your device:
On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
