Hi all the sudden my charge 3 stopped displaying steps or heart rate. 

Its syncing to the app. 

I have tried resetting it, also did a factory reset too. Still not displaying. Even flicking my wrist to check the time stopped working. 

I tried unpairing and pairing. Changing the clock face as well. 

I also did the tracker update today. 

Can some shed some light on how to fix this??
