Charge 3 stopped reading heart rate

My new Charge 3 stopped reading heart rate after the latest update. Also, when I remove the band, there are no longer any flashing green lights on the bottom like there used to be. I have checked in Settings to make sure the heart rate monitor is on.

Thanks for troubleshooting this heart rate issue by yourself. I recommend restarting your Charge 3 by following the instructions provide in the help article How do I restart my Fitbit device?.

Good morning,

i too have this issue- my charge 3 no longer reads my heart rate and the lights on the back don’t flash.  I have rebooted with no luck.  What do I try next?

Welcome to the Forums, @Alisza.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this heart rate issue. If your tracker isn't registering this information, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
