Charge 3 stopped reading heart rate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

No lights blinking at all. Have restarted several times. Have tried other tips on this forum to no avail. Screen is also dimmer than normal and the unit is losing its battery charge much faster than normal.

I have exactly the same problem.

Has anyone got a  answer for this, or is it broke for good?

The fitbit support were unable to resolve mine.
I've now had to buy a new one as my warranty was up.

Thanks for getting back to me! That’s terrible seems very odd that ours both stopped working at the same time! 😏

Make sure your device is positioned correctly on your wrist: Tighten the band just enough so it doesn't slip on your wrist. Your device needs a solid contact with your arm to reliably track your heart rate. Heart-rate tracking may not work with certain accessory bands, especially if they're loose fitting

Will
