Charge 3 stopped receiving calls/texts notifications

After updating Fitbit Charge 3, I no longer receive notifications on my Google Pixel 3a.  I have rebooted multiple times, logged in and out, uninstalled, restarted phone, etc.  Works for an hour and then back to nothing.  Any suggestions on what else I can do??  Very frustrating not to be able to use this feature.

Finally, monitor your tracker and see if it receives calls/texts notifications properly.

Thank you for your response.   I have tried all of these multiple times.  Works for about an hour or so and then stops working again.  I am at a loss as to what to do next.Blessings,Sharron Sent from my Samsung tablet.
