My tracker stopped recording sleep and says "wear your fitbit to bed". I have done many syncs and still no luck. My last recorded sleep was on 10th of January and I think it was roughly after the last firmware update when it stopped recording my sleep. It also stopped showing my heart rate on 20th of January. The daily steps are showing as usual. What am I supposed to do to get it back? My phone is Samsung Galaxy M31.
Update: I just realised that the leds on the back are not flashing. The Heart Rate in settings is on. I restarted it a few times as well. Did the update damage the monitor?

Hi there @camilozeta, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to solve the issue with your Charge 3 before posting here.
Before anything else, I'd like you to make sure that your tracker is still paired to your Fitbit account. To do so, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If your tracker was mistakenly unpaired, please set it up again by following these steps How do I set up my Fitbit device?.
Regarding your sleep stages data, I recommend considering the following:
Hope that helps!

Thanks @MarreFitbit. I removed it now from my account because it's not working. I tried everything but the green leds are still not flashing. I think the update caused the monitor to stop working. Now I paired my old Charge 2 because it's still working.
