How do I get my charge 3 to pick up my blood oxygen? It was working for a while but now that screen doesn’t show anything.

Force closing the Fitbit app and then re-opening the app may temporarily resolve the issue, although this issue may still persist.

I've enjoyed this future and data for several weeks now and this morning it suddenly stopped. Graph in the app is a black box. Does Fitbit kick users out again??

Mine stopped recording for about 5 days, then started again and included the previous 5 days.  Now it has stopped again and have not been able to get for last week.  Fitbit need to sort this out!
