How do I get my charge 3 to pick up my blood oxygen? It was working for a while but now that screen doesn’t show anything.

I've enjoyed this future and data for several weeks now and this morning it suddenly stopped. Graph in the app is a black box. Does Fitbit kick users out again??

Mine stopped recording for about 5 days, then started again and included the previous 5 days. Now it has stopped again and have not been able to get for last week. Fitbit need to sort this out!
