Fitbit Charge 3 has stopped showing how long I slept etc and my sleep score. It has also stopped showing my pulse rate on my tracker and the screen is dim. I've re-started it several times but no change. It was bought as a present in July 2020 and I've had problems with the screen fading for a long time. Very disappointed.

There are several reasons you may not be seeing your sleep score on your Fitbit or inside the Fitbit app. It could be an issue with syncing, the app version you are using, the App's settings, or heart rate reading and settings.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @lunarjoycie1946. I'm sorry to hear your Charge 3 stopped showing your heart rate, sleep stats and screen is dim.

 

Thank you for letting us know that you have restarted your tracer several times and that it was a present. 

 

Are the green lights of your tracker on? Does it show only two lines -- on it? How long do you Sleep? How do you log your sleep? 

 

Which restart did you try for the display? Did you change the clock face?
