New to fitbit.  Charge 3 and app installed on Huawei Y6 and paired successfully in July.  syncing was ok until 28th August and will not sync any more which is very annoying.  Tried uninstalling APP and reset tracker all to no avail.  Any suggestions to fix this would be welcomed.

Hi there @IreneRud, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 has stopped syncing to your Huawei Y6, I understand why you're feeling annoyed. Thanks for trying to solve this issue prior to posting here, I'll be glad to continue assisting you.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

  • Remove your Charge 3 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Charge 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Charge 3.

If you can't get started with your tracker, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

If you continue having syncing difficulties after paring your Charge 3 again, I'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps provided here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Also make sure that the Fitbit app is allowed to run in the background on your phone and check if your Huawei Y6 doesn't have a syncing issue listed in What should I know about using the Fitbit app on my Android phone?
