My Charge 3 eventually stopped reading my heart rate. Tried to reset it with the 15 secs hold while the charger is fastened to it. After restarting the watch, the red light is still on and there is still no heart rate reading. Tried changing the clock face but it still it did nothing. Please help!

Hi AlejandraFitbit,
I'm also having the same issue. My Fitbit gets really hot when charging. Before that, my Fitbit does not read my heart rate even when the setting is turned on. It got really weird as the sensor underneath my watch blinks even when I was not wearing it

Thank you very much for the response, @LiliyaFitbit . Just an update, my Charge 3 charges to its full battery but the power only lasts around 2 hours and I've also tried it on but the heart rate is still not reading. So now, I can't track my activities e.g. running, HIITs, and sleep. Please do follow up with your support team the ticket to be created so we can progress and solve this problem. Thanks again!

Oh my gosh! The same thing happened with mine on this same day! I was so disappointed that it stopped tracking my heart rate. Then it lost its charge very quickly. When I tried to charge it, it became very hot to the touch and refused to charge at all.
