I have only had my Charge 3 since April and the heart rate tracker stopped after about a month. I have rebooted, restarted, logged out of the app, disconnected Bluetooth etc) several times a week since it quit working with no luck.

I have the same problem. No green light fully charged. Heart rate is not working and digits on clock are not showing fully. Mine went off after the battery had run down while I was out so I had to fully recharge 2 days ago and it hasn't worked since Support had me restart it but that didn't resolve the problem apparently the case has been upscale. Waiting for an email. I have problems with my hr so this is really important. As soon as I hear I will post reply.

I’m still waiting on someone to get back to me unfortunately! I’ve cancelled my subscription and I won’t be purchasing another Fitbit after this.

I have had my charge3 for 12 maths. I have restarted several times with support from fitbit. Never had any problems until Monday 31st Aug. I was away and the battery died I charged it up fully and it hasn't worked since. Screen is now corrupted and hr it's not worked since. Also no green light on the back of my charge3.

My Fitbit 3 is dead now, just lasted for 1 year 3 months, going to switch to another brand, cheaper and through Amazon with protection plan. Good bye Fitbit

Where do I find ‘heart rate’ in the settings app? I don’t see it after the latest update.

Find settings on the device and scroll upwards after selecting it. HR should be on but this doesn't make any difference on my charge 2.
sorry scroll right to left on ur device u will see settings select and scroll down. Its not on the App but the device.

thanks
already tried it. Fit bit gave me a discount on a new device because, of
course , the 1 yr warranty where I would have received a replacement was
up last month 😠

My Charge 3 does not have Reboot as a choice when I tap the screen and scroll under settings.

I followed all advice for settings and reset. The light for the HR is not coming on. Emailed fitbit support which seems to have disappeared. What to do now?

I am having the same issues. I tried rebooting, clearing my data, (now everything has stopped), turning my heart rate off for 10 seconds, nothing is working. I called customer service and was told they could so nothing. I am a lost.

My fitbit charge 3 worked well for the first couple of months after I purchased it, then one day, it just stopped tracking heart rate on the fit bit app. I searched online and I did all these things recommended and then did them again as directed over the phone from customer service - still will not track heart rate! I think the Charge 3 is FUNDAMENTALLY FLAWED. It will track steps, but that is of zero use for me; I bought it for the heart rate function, which it refuses to do. So eff'ing frustrating!!!!!

If your Fitbit is less than a year old, if you keep at it, they will replace the watch for you. Unfortunately mine is a bit older than that.

I have had to replace my Charge 3 three times since purchasing it in
November 2019. The average time the pebble lasts is 3 months. It is great
conceptually with its feature but the quality of the tracker is very poor.
I am trying the Charge 4 Special Edition but had to pay almost the
same price as the Charge 3 originally cost. Does not reflect well on
Fitbit's products!

Same as mine - simply no sign of life with the lights.
Nope, this didn't work for mine either. No lights, reboots, restarts, changing HR off, reboot, putting HR back on. Nada, no sign of lights on the back.
