Thanks Wendy.  I guess I will have to lodge a support request formally then.

Yes, same problem as me. It does seem that nobody at Fitbit is listening.

Unfortunately, the Charge 3s have been known to stop tracking heart rate. I had to replace a Charge 3 for that reason. I now have a Charge 3 which has functioned properly for the most part for two years. I also have a Charge 4, but I can’t tell yet how that unit does.

I tried all of these and it’s still not detecting my heart rate.

My new replacement fitbit charge 3 also has no lights .  I've tried restarting , checking to see if the heart rate is on, etc.  I can't believe that another fitbit charge 3 has malfunctioned after only 5 months.

I tried all these steps unsuccessfully. My charge 3 no longer tracks my heart rate and no longer tracks my sleep. I do use a band that I bought separately, but I have done so wiht the same brand band since I bought the fitbit.

I just tried the plugged in recharge and that fixed it. THanks.

I've tried all of these fixes and none of them helped.  I can't get the heart rate or sleep data to work.  Please help.  It's kind of nothing more than a watch at this point and I have one of those.

Same thing for me. I have 3 Charge 3 Fitbits, 2 with display problems and this last one with HR not working, only logging steps.

I think my warranty is out, this really is a bad product.
