Charge 3 stop counting heart rate this morning and doesn’t register # of hours moved. Tried resetting, no change. Green light on back of device it not flashing or showing. Gave me my resting heart rate during the night but nothing since I woke up.

Having the EXACT same issue.  Heart rate stopped tracking mid-workout and hasn't returned since. Light is also out.
