After working fine for months the heart rate monitor on my Charge 3 stopped working. The green light is not on anymore and it's not tracking my heart rate or my sleep stages. I've rebooted the device and restarted my phone to reset the app, no luck. Please help!

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this heart rate issue. Please take a look at the help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
