Te green light that measures my heart rate is off and my fit bit is not measuring my heart rate. 

I already deleted all data and re-started my Charge 3 .... nothing came up...

 

any thoughts about that?

Hi @Calijorne, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 is not tracking your heart rate and the green light won't turn on. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your Charge 3 during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
