Charge 3 stopped tracking my heart rate

The heart rate on my charge 3 stopped working. There is no green light flashing at the back. I tried everything to fix. 

The Fitbit team suggested a clear data and reboot, after doing that everything has now stopped tracking. 

I'm not sure what else to try, I think it's died!
