Charge 3 stopped tracking my heart

My Fitbit charge 3 heart rate monitor stopped working this morning. The lights still blink and it still tracks my steps but won't track my heart rate. I tried doing a restart 3 times in a row. Made sure my Fitbit was sinking fine and it is. All other features are working perfectly fine except the heart rate monitor.

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 stopped tracking your heart rate. Thanks for troubleshoot your tracker prior to posting here. Nice way to go!
