My Fitbit has stopped recording my sleep, it doesn’t track active minutes and no matter how fast my heartbeat is for how long it doesn’t count as active minutes or as exercise. What happened?

Hi @dreamcatcher4dd, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it stopped recording your sleep and active minutes. I totally understand how you feel about this.
Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep. Then, visit this article, which explains how your Fitbit tracker tracks your active minutes.
Finally, monitor your tracker and see if it tracks your sleep and active minutes properly.
