Charge 3 stopped vibrating after changing band

I changed my band on my charge 3 a month ago and it stopped vibrating. After doing all of the helpful hints o saw that I had sleep on on the actual fitbit. Clicked that and worked for 5 days. Now has stopped again with no changes. Have restarted , checked all settings . I am getting texts on the actual fitbit but no vibrations for them phone calls or milestones of steps ugh help

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling and before considering other options, I recommend confirming the complete troubleshooting tips at Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me? Does the tracker vibrate when you connect it to the charging cable?
