My Fitbit stopped working Christmas morning, nothing on the screen, totally Black. The green light still flashed, it's still sending information to dashboard. Tried all the help and support, but everyone one seems to be busy or not willing to help, do not have an email address for this company, do not now now where to ask, watch is just under a year old 😪 Is there any help out there 🙏 please xx

Many Thanks Steve, some one on Facebook trying to help at, tries customer services but they keep saying sorry, someone just bet you to it and phone line closed 🙄
