Charge 3 stops recording my runs

My fitbit has stopped recording my run on 2 occasions. I've come to the end of an 8km run to find that it stopped recording at 5km and then again at 11km on a 15km run. 

The device is less than 2 years old

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 3. Thank you for the information provided.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Tracker by following these instructions.

 

Whether you continue having the same issue, please tell me is the GPS connection lost during your run but you are able to end the exercise normally or the whole activity is finished automatically?
