My Charge 3 is about 2.5 years old and will charge in the charge dock/lead but as soon as you remove it the screen goes bland and I can’t activate it at all. I have tried the suggested option of changing usb plugs, charging from a computer and I’m using a genuine Fitbit charger. Any help would be appreciated.
