My strap has broken. The buckle looks are poor. Where can I get a replacement or contact Fitbit to seek help? Any advice, please.

I am in the same boat... rather disappointed in the strap considering I am very careful. I found a replacement on Amazon... .less hassle .... Fitbit replied quickly but I have lost the receipt I got from John Lewis so...
