My charge 3 is about 15 months old and worked perfectly until now. A few days ago it wouldn’t sync properly so had to keep rebooting when I noticed stripes on the screen. The app said update to latest software which was done yesterday then this morning the screen is blank. The app is working on my phone, I’ve tried all the resets, change clock face but it’s still blank. What else can I do please?
