Hi everyone, I have had my Charge 3 since maybe November. In January is stopped giving me text notifications after an update. this was a known issue and i tried all of "fixes" but they didn't work. this isn't a huge deal for me so I left it alone.

 

today, my fit-bit ran out of battery. I plugged it into my charger (I have a dock charger for it) and it charged. but when I went to put it on it just started vibrating and circling through screens. I took it off and tried to turn it off- it wouldn't turn off at all- put back on the charger and left it for a while. When I took it off again it now just displays a happy face and wont let me do anything. I cant change the screen or press the button or even turn it off. 😞
