Charge 3 stuck on Fitbit logo

Anyone knows what this means on the screen? Fitbit logo is glittering and 100 is on the screen. 
Phone cannot find Fitbit via BT and won’t synch.
2 years old.

Hi, @tonesta67 , you cannot link your Fitbit to your phone via the phone’s Bluetooth settings.  You must use the Fitbit app.

 

It may help to give your Charge 3 a restart using the instructions here .

 

I would also suggest setting up your Charge 3 as a replacement device.  Go to your app and click on the small person icon/photo top left.  That will take you to the Account screen.  On the account screen scroll down to “+ set up a device” and choose Charge 3  from the drop down list.  You will get a warning saying that there is already a Charge 3 on your account, do you want to replace it? Confirm that you do and follow the instructions from there.
