Has been fully charged, syncing to my phone but unresponsive to taping will vibrate when I press the side button and connect to charger but screen doesnt light up
Have tried to restart but nothing happens

Hi I am having a similar problem, except my screen has faded significantly over the past few days - now to the point I can hardly see the text but not yet completely black.

Tried the support line and they tried a few things before saying its terminal and I should buy another one. Thanks Fitbit, you never even acknowledged that this is a known issue . For the benefit of your loyal customers you have got to do better than that! Frustrated is not the word. Please contact with a better solution.
