Hi All,
My 8 month old Charge 3 has frozen on the Smiley Face screen and is constantly vibrating. As in it wont stop vibrating at all. No matter what I do, attach it to charger, press the side buttons etc... It wont budge.
At the moment I am waiting for the battery to run down so it just turns off, but does anyone know why this is and have any suggestions?

Welcome on board @JennyMillichip, it's nice to see a new member around! Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Also, thanks for already trying to restart your Charge 3.
Since the restart did not work, from the clock face, swipe to Settings and tap Reboot Device.
You can also try what you mentioned and see if the issue persists after charging it again.
Give this a go and let me know the outcome, I'll be around.

I can’t get to clock faces on my watch because it is frozen on the smiley face and is vibrating. What do I do?
