Hi my Charge 3 is stuck. It started buzzing this morning stuck on smiley face and I put it on charge for several hours. After charging:- 

Tried short restart- nothing 

Tried long restart- nothing

Tried removing device and re-adding it to my app. Didn’t work

I can’t access the reboot function by swiping on screen as the screen is not responding- just dark or smiley face 

Any suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 isn't working correctly, and thanks for the troubleshooting steps that you've tried prior posting. Nice way to go! I've gone ahead and requested a case for you, so our Support Team can take a look into this. They'll send you an email with more details shortly.

I have had the exact same issue as of this morning.  I have not had my fitbit charge 3 for quite a year yet. It had been kind-of glitchy off and on but now it is doing the exact thing that yours was. 😞

The bad news is your Fitbit is probably knackered. The only thing you can do is contact Fitbit. They replaced mine free of charge.
