Charge 3 suddenly stopped recording active minutes

My Charge 3 stopped recording active minutes on Jan 21. Worked fine before that. I’ve done everything recommended in the form and nothing helped. Reached out to customer service multiple times and they gave me different instructions to fix it each time. Nothing worked and they don’t care. They said maybe it will get fixed in the next update. No offer to replace or anything else.
