Hi,
I unpacked my new Charge 3. I started the charging. During the charging I connected the Charge 3 to my Android based Fitbit app. I already used a Charge 2, which I decoupled from the app.
The Charge connected well to the app via bluetooth, the Charge 3 started to download and install a Sw-update. During the update-process, the process was somehow interupted and terminated.
Since the update process terminated, I am not able to:
- (re)connect fitbit-app with Charge3 via bluetooth,
- ignite the Charge 3 and look into the fitbit.
To check whether it is the phone-setting, I connected the fitbit-app back to the Charge 2, this connection worked flawless again.

I guess I have solved the issue.
