Charge 3 switches off by itself and button doesn't work

Yesterday my watch was bit crazy and started switching off in a day few times, button doesn't work I resetting every time but battery was 68%. When I back home I upgraded new actualization and is the same still switching off and have green light all the time.

Hi @Lukmal09, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 started to turn off all of a sudden and the button doesn't work. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
