My Charge 3 was working fine until a few days ago. It started going crazy and switching screens on its own like it is possessed. Now when I charge it, it jumps from 1% charge to 100% charge almost instantly. When I take it off the charger it goes from 100% to 0% in a few minutes. I only got this thing 7 months ago and did not expect such a short life from a name brand product. Oops.
I already tried the "big reset" - holding the "button" for 15 seconds. That didn't help.

Exact same thing happening to mine. It's less than a year old and it just started acting up yesterday.

Please also double check our charging instructions and try our tips for preventing battery drain since battery use is affected by various factors and settings.
