Charge 3 syncs with the Fitbit App on Motorolaa g7 mobile. On the homepage all the downloaded up to date data is shown. However when the "Track your exercise" area is pressed the resulting display does not show the syn'd data. Indeed it has not shown any data since Mar 7th. So the display is showing Exercise This Week as 0 of 5 days when in fact it has syn'd 2 days data. I have switched off the APP and logged in again. Uninstalled APP and reinstated. Have done a Live Chat and that was not successful. Just told to monitor it and call back if the issue remains.

@Keef1 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
The recent exercise area shows the activities detected or logged on your account (run, bike, elliptical, etc.). If your device detected your steps but not the activity itself then the steps, heart rate and other data will show on your account but nothing will show in recent exercise. For example when using the elliptical machine make sure you grab the moving bars so your device detects the motion and records the activity itself, once an Elliptical activity is saved on your account it should show on the Recent Exercise area. You can manually log your activity so you have a record on your account.
Hope this helps.

Hi, The exercise undertaken was just walking. Up until March 7 all data was sync'd and shown as it should, mainly running or walking. Since then there has been an issue. I would like to know why and how I rectify it. I should not have to put it in manually the APP should do that for me.
