Charge 3 syncs incorrect active hours

In the last few days I’ve noticed that my Fitbit is telling me I’ve completed my active hours (10 of 10) but when I sync the app it says I missed them. I’ve even noticed the app telling me I’ve got the hour at one point then later on telling me I didn’t. Restarted my Fitbit and disconnected it and reconnected it to the app but no change! Any advice?

Hi @AbiKnight7, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the missing active hours issue that your Charge 3 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, please log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, monitor your activities as you usually do and see if the active hours get synced properly.
