Charge 3 time is 5-45 mins behind and won't connect

My Fitbit's clock is running behind, it starts of a few mins, but gets further away the longer between syncs. I have rebooted and long rebooted and disconnected and tried to reconnect. I can't now reconnect to my account. It finds the device but then cannot connect. I've restarted my phone, restarted Bluetooth, tried another device, restarted the Fitbit multiple times, charged it fully, removed all data. Nothing has worked. Please advise. Has anyone else had either of these issues?

@Jkjkjkjkjkjk It's great to see you in the Community!

Thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you clear the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following(that include some steps you have already tried):

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Hope this helps.
