Charge 3 top of screen unresponsive

When I try to select exercise on my charge 3 agenda opens. When I try to open relax timers opens. When I try to open alarms weather opens and settings won’t open at all. I have tried restarting but that had no affect. Any advice on how to rectify the problem?
