Today my charge 3 shows I have 500 active minutes but 7000 steps.  The step count makes sense.  Realistically I should have around 30-45 active minutes.  What's going on?

Hi @amluvspm, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it tracked a high amount of active minutes. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your active minutes.

 

Finally, monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if it tracks your active minutes accurately.
