My charge 3 out of nowhere is turning itself on and off again. I have no control. When I turn it on, it turns itself off. When I do nothing, it repeatedly turns it on and off again. Can this be fixed?

I also have the same problem with my Charge 3.
Tried to restart it sevelar times, but nothing changes.
Before connection with charge cable Charge 3 was "dead", after plug-in in started to do something, i done restart. After restart showed 1% of battery, after some seconds there are 100%. When i remove device from the charging cable it works onlu some minutes and then swith off again.
What should i do? How to fix it?
