My charge 3 won't charge above 0% when connected to the charger. As soon as I remove it from the charger it dies. I've tried multiple different charging sources and it's the same on each one. I can't get the app to connect while it is on charge either. Can you advise how to fix this please?

Hi @TimSA, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the charging issue that your Charge 3 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
